The nation's first incubator built only for BIPOC nonprofits.
8,500 square feet in Five Points, built for organizations that were never handed the infrastructure everyone else started with.

A workspace that works like an incubator.
The BNDC sits inside an 8,500-square-foot headquarters at the Five Points Media Center, in Denver's historic Five Points neighborhood. Members get IT infrastructure, high-speed secure broadband, and access to funding databases - plus programming built to grow organizational capacity for the long term.
The model borrows what works from for-profit incubators: proximity that produces collaboration, and mentoring that happens because the right people are in the same building. The BNDC provides the framework; the organizations do the rest.
What membership actually includes.
Workshops & Training
Specialized workshops, seminars, and trainings built around what members actually need: board development, sustainability, scalability, grant writing, alongside operational leadership strategy.
University Interns
Standing agreements with local universities and colleges place interns with member organizations, matched to each org's individual needs.
Fiscal Sponsorship
The BNDC serves as fiduciary sponsor for nonprofits that do not yet hold 501(c)(3) status, so early-stage organizations can receive funding while they build.
Networking
Structured opportunities for members to build relationships with each other and with the wider Colorado nonprofit sector, the kind that turn into real partnerships.
Funding Research
Access to print materials, online databases, and fundraising resources members use to research, identify, and capture more funding.
Capacity Programming
Fundraising and grants management, strategic planning, board building, leadership development, financial management, HR, and mentoring, delivered by subject matter experts and partner organizations.
Two ways in.
